Tidy with HTML5 support

Installation Instructions

First, enable copr:

sudo dnf copr enable metal3d/tidy5

Then install tidy5:

sudo dnf install  tidy5

Now "tidy5" command is installed. You may use:

tidy5 -h

Important This is an attempt to build tidy5 for Fedora - the "tidy5" package should not enter in conflict with legacy "tidy" package but "tidy-devel" and "tidy-static" package may be in conflict with "tidy" packages.
