Description
The plasma-nm applet v5.* currently lacks the UI support for VPNs with SAML-based SSO authentication. The support has been implemented upstream, but is apparently slated for the KDE 6 release only. Although the patches apply cleanly to the 5.27.8 release, the maintainers don't want to backport them because they fear the added dependency on qtwebengine might cause problems for distributions.

I see no issue with the added dependency, so I'm applying the patches here, so KDE users can benefit from functioning SAML VPN Logins, too.
