OBSOLETE: Fedora 39+ now provide power-profiles-daemon v0.20+ which fixes the issue already

Service that keeps AMD PState EPP up-to-date with power-profiles-daemon. See upstream README for more information.

Installation Instructions

sudo dnf copr enable notizklotz/pstate_update
sudo dnf install pstate_update
sudo systemctl start pstate_update
sudo systemctl enable pstate_update
