Description
WIP - Secure Boot Manager.
sbctl intends to be a user-friendly secure boot key manager capable of setting up secure boot, offer key management capabilities, and keep track of files that needs to be signed in the boot chain.
Work in progess... I was unable to finish this build.
Installation Instructions
Status: failed to build RPMS.
The git repo builds fine with the golang toolkit, so I hoped it would be straightforward to build a RPM package, but it wasn't so.
Unfortunately, right now I know too little about packaging Go programs in RPM to fix it promptly. I hope to have a bit of time to look at this later on, but don't hold your breath on this.
Fun to be had:
- cyclic dependencies between some modules
- one package wants to test booting the current Linux kernel inside QEMU (if I understood it correctly; I'm inside a container, and I have no current kernel installed, as the kernel is the host kernel)
- a growing list of nested dependencies which at the moment are not packaged in Fedora (meaning that I have not seen the complete list yet, not that they are constantly increasing)
