Installation Instructions
Packages identical to the main Fedora repository, except with typeahead patches applied. See here for how to get dnf/yum to prefer COPR packages.
You might need to call dnf reinstall nautilus (or gtk3). Once these patched builds are installed, set the appropriate gsettings as follows:
gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences enable-interactive-search true
gsettings set org.gtk.Settings.FileChooser use-type-ahead true
